Hello, I wanted to know if I need to keep these files on my new drive?

Start_Here_Mac.app

.VolumeIcon.icns

.VolumeIcon.ico

Start_Here_Win.exe

My other drive did not have files on it but, it was a wd drive and this is a Seagate drive. I am trying to get this drive ready for my mom so she can back up her  data. I did try to google for an answer and it was not clear. Thanks Heather
