Yes I have describe images on for face book, it still will not read the alt-text like it does off the pc.  On the iPhone it saids maybe an image of 2 people on the pc, it saids how many people and the name of one of those people, he is the teacher. So why is it different between the devices for the exact same post. Is facebook breaking the alt-text. I thought I would ask if someone knows before I give face book accessibility a shout. Hello,

I would recommend checking your voice over and speech settings to see if there is something about alt text under there. It should automatically recognize it but I’m not sure if there is something you have to turn on in order for it to recognize the text in an image.

Can anyone tell me why if it is alt-texted only the pc shows it and the iPhone does not?  I thought it was universal if it was alt-texted on 1 platform, it was for the other.
