best way to share to tablet and phone users? "

I think the only way to really do this is going to be via youtube. so are there any good bits of software for uploading to youtube? as whilst I can do this with iPhone stuff easily, I haven't found an easy way to do this from my standard PC. so was wondering if, like one can get programs to download things from youtube, can one get such easy to use programs for uploading?
