When you buy the l o c dots, how many are there in a package. Some years ago, I purchased a package of 6 from the cn I b and they were almost a buck a piece. Never again! I like the very small size, but the price was insane. These days, I have a tube fabric paint and get a sighted friend to apply where necessary. I'll be long dead before I use it up. No, it is not transparent, but you just need a wee dot!
