Hi Jim,  I live in Canada where things are generally more expensive than in the U S.

I got the phone with a 2 year contract of about 12 dollars a month  on top of my monthly charges,  so that would be about 300  u s dollars over 2 years.

I could have purchased the phone from apple Canada but that would have cost  over 400 u s dollars.

It is definitely all the phone I need.

!!First thing I did was to slip the silicone case off  my I phone 7  aand onto the SE; perfect fit.

 

I was going to go for a plastic screen protector,   but the “wonderful”  dealer I was at sold me a glass one because “they didn’t have  any plastic ones”.

Score 1 for the grinders.
