Has anyone used this feature in windows 10?

I’m looking through my settings to make a change to something and I saw a check box to lock your machine while your away.

I understand that with jaws you can lock the keyboard with jaws key space plus l, but I’m talking generally speaking, because not everyone uses jaws.
