In my opinion, either 64kbps mono or 128 kbps stereo. Any lower than that,
and my ears can't handle it with my tinnitus. If music, then generally
higher than that.

What is the lowest bit rate I can use for audio books without losing
much sound quality? For example, when I use Baliboka to take text
from an ebook.
