When you get to sounds have you tried to shift tab? there other pages to hear like communication, record, play back, hardware, etc..

Hello Ann and others,
When I open ctrl panel I arrow down through the items to see if I hear hardware and sounds I don't hear it then I press window key then type in hardware and sounds press enter then I waiting to see if hardware and sounds so it didn't showed up so I can click on power options I'm not getting what I suppose to do on the instruction . What do I suppose to do when I open ctrl panel ? I did everything and not getting what on instruction . I'm getting frustrated !!

I believe that Adison wants to change the display settings so that his computer will not go to sleep, or perhaps will not go to sleep as often.

Power Options, then click on

Power Options click on

Balance Recomended then

Save Planned Setting under that

it will say

Turn off Display, then you will see

Put Computer to Sleep CHECK NEVER..
