Instead of going to the Control Panel to find Power Options, just hit your Windows key and type,
Power Options
And it'll pop right up as you hear your screen reader announce
Power Options. Hit enter to open it up and follow the rest of the instructions given that you shared below.

When I open ctrl panel I arrow down through the items to see if I hear hardware and sounds I don't hear it then I press window key then type in hardware and sounds press enter then I waiting to see if hardware and sounds so it didn't showed up so I can click on power options I'm not getting what I suppose to do on the instruction . What do I suppose to do when I open ctrl panel ? I did everything and not getting what on instruction . I'm getting frustrated !!

Power Options, then click on

Power Options click on

Balance Recomended then

Save Planned Setting under that

it will say

Turn off Display, then you will see

Put Computer to Sleep CHECK NEVER..
