Yeah you could depending on what's on board the aircraft and ... yes, I believe they've done custom things with Airplane mode. Yeah, he's right. As always. lol

Yup. That's right. It turns off certain signal destroying services such as wifi.

From what I learned, airplane mode is for when you're on a plane, and it keeps the plane safe for flight. When airplane mode is turned on, certain services on your device are disabled, so don't count on using your bluetooth keyboard.
