When looking at the original message, Carlos, I have to agree. It didn’t sound like the person was trying to be nasty. While it’s frustrating to un, they don’t realize har difficult it can be to get the help we need, shich is extremely frustrating.

It may not have been a very well thought out or tactful response, but it was only a suggestion from a developer who probably doesn't have much else to offer at the moment.  I'm not sure that it really qualifies as or was intended to be rude.
