Re: Ineed an IPAD referral

It should also be noted that the viPhone list requires moderator approval to get onto it and that can take a while to happen these days sadly. Trust me I'm stuck in the no man's land of pending purgatory. Here's hoping after an email address update I'll see the light of day on it once again one day. But that's neither here nor there. I merely mention it as one might wonder about the immediacy of appearance on a list.
Another list which seems to have a goodly number of participants and activity is the iDevices lists.

True, it's a good list; but I hesitate to refer it, as it can be rather
high-traffic at times and 'intense' (if you know what I mean). Yes there are
several iPad users there.

I highly recommend VIphone (I believe it is a Google Groups-based group),
and there are some over there who uses iPad.

Hi All,

I just got an IPAD Friday and I need to start figuring out how to use it.

Is there a group just for IPADs relating to the blind/visually impaired? It
needs to be one that would only smile and not laugh out loud when I ask
simple questions.

Please give me some ideas.
