hi,
it does not reboot automaticly. You need to bring your screen reader back and hit the ok button twice after cleaning is complete. Note that this can take 3-4 minutes with a highly trashed computer

I've only used the program once or twice but it should be noted that when you tell it to clean, after you look at the list of what it found, it shuts down all programs, including your screen-reader.  It may seem that your computer has frozen but if you wait perhaps a minute or two, your computer will reboot.

Its main purpose is to remove programs that get installed with other
programs. here is a site where you can read more about it and download
it. the download is before the first heading. the program is free.
