Win 10 will default to the new Groove Music which is not very accessible. So either right click on the file you want to play and if the option to play with Windows Media Player is available choose it or choose the Open with option to see which programs are available. For future use, Go into the setting by pressing the Windows key plus the letter I.
Under System settings, find Default programs and press enter then tab to the default for playing music and select Windows Media Player or whatever player you have installed.
I am using Windows 10 with JFW 17. I tried to listen to a podcast that I had downloaded but it kept stopping. If I pressed the tab key it would continue. This happened with 2 MP3 files. I’ve just started using Windows 10 and am using whatever Windows picked to play the MP3 files. How can I hear the whole file?
