Hi all,

Quentin, many thanks! May your beard grow ever longer!

Original message:

Hi Ann,
With NVDA, as you navigate around your document, NVDA will read "Has comment" when it encounters text with a comment (as long as you've got "report comments" checked in the NVDA's document formatting dialog - NVDA+CONTROL+D) - to read the comment itself press NVDA+ALT+C.
There is a good section on this in the upcoming Microsoft Word with NVDA training module which will soon be available from NV Access.
Kind regards
Quentin.

Hi all,
I've been working on a document in which I use comments to help the writer fix what's wrong with his stuff. The review ribbon has controls for previous and next comment that will show you a given comment, but is there a way to read the current comment? Jaws announces the comment, but SA and NVDA don't unless I'm missing something, please help.
