Here ismy response. Unless I am mistaken when you first power up the Galaxy S7 the triple click activates Voice Assistant which is Samsung's screen reader. However this will get you through the set up process with speech. If you then prefer Talk Back you can go to setting and turn it on and then specify that triple click will apply to Talk Back instead of Voice Assistant.
