I don't own the Galaxy so I am only going by information I have heard from owners. I think, but am not absolutely certain that Talk Back is already on the phone but if not, It is not a big deal to get it from the Play Store. I also believe that the two fingers on the screen may even activate Voice Assistant but will have to check on that.
