Of course I did just that but what I tried perhaps unsuccessfully to explain is that the setting for some reason doesn’t seem to be sticking once done.

I hope this finds all happy and well.

I’m a new comer to Microsoft Outlook 2016 so pardon the elementary nature of this question.

However, when I attempt to change the sort messages by setting from descending to ascending though the radio button reports it has changed, the minute I select ok and apply view buttons messages do not change their order; and if I revisit that sort by radio button it has returned to descending status through no intervention of mine.

Has anyone encountered this and do you know of a remedy?
