It has caller ID and is totally functionable for the blind.

I can also program any phone numbers to say who it is for example if I know my husband’s cell number I can program it to say “hubby” or what have you when he calles and the ID caller will say “hubby”

Yes those are common, but what is being requested is something which will announce calls even when you are on the phone AKA Call Waiting Caller ID.

Carlos I have a Panasonic phone and it announces who’s calling when your not on the phone.

Nothing I am aware of which is currently being manufactured supports talking Call Waiting Caller ID. The Clasco Caller ID boxes were one of the few ever made which have that capability and they are no longer being manufactured. Although some online stores occasionally still have left over stock.

What I am looking for is either a talking caller ID or a talking caller ID phone that will not only announce when a call comes in but will also announce the name and/or number that comes in on call waiting. I want to know both things--incoming calls while I'm already on the phone, as well as announcing a call that comes in when not on a call. I appreciate any help.
