If it’s a button, and you'll know because your screen-reader will say button when you arrow to it or tab to it or when it is read if you're just reading the page, You can move to it by being at the top of the page and pressing the letter b until you get to it.  It's faster.

When there is a commercial playing while in YouTube, down
arrow from the top line by line and you will hear Jaws say
"skip add button", press the space bar at that point and the
commercial will stop.

I am usually in YouTube when this happens.

I was reading something the other day, and there were lines
of commercial information between the lines of text. I just
kept using the Down Arrow instead of Say All.
