it's a glitch in the HIMS braille sense email client. relaunching the client fixes it, though.

I don't know which e-mail program you are using so I won't give instructions on how to change the encoding but that is usually the cause of messages that appear to be blank, but aren't. I didn't keep the original Message so I can't include the text here. if you don't get the encoding problem solved, I or someone else can find the message in the archives and send it again.
