For those I Am Not a Robot CAPTCHAs, does that other paid option work?

But the first question is, "what version of Firefox are you using?"  Webvism won't work in any version of Firefox newer than 52.x.  If you are using a newer version, you can use a portable version of Firefox that is 52.x for solving captchas and the newest version, portable or installed, for other browsing.

Navigate to a page containing a captcha, press Control+Alt+6, wait until you
receive a message stating that the result has been copied to the clipboard,
and paste it into the captcha edit field.  Note that WebVisum will not solve
all captchas.  Especially the newer ones with the
""I am not a robot"
checkbox.
