Ok, that makes more sense, but now I have another problem.
I did open the 32bit and choose the default I want there, but when
launching apps like kitchensinc it stil goes to one of the voices
displaying in the default control panel.

Most SAPI voices are 32 bit. Since you are running a 64 bit version of
Windows, the 64 bit version of the SAPI Control Panel applet will not
display 32 bit voices. The given command runs the 32 bit version of the
SAPI Control Panel applet which will display all 32 bit voices.

Hello.
I am now running 64bit windows10, but now under text to speech in
control panel, I cannot see all the SAPI voices as I was able to in
the past on 32bit machines. How can I access those who don't show up
there?
Or can I only pick them up with compatible programs?
What about programs wich don't alouw you to change voices from within
the program itself? Normally you would then need to go into control
panel to select the default voice for your system.
Any ideas?
