If using NVDA, press NVDA+spacebar (the NVDA key is either INSERT or CAPS LOCK) to put NVDA in Browse mode, then you can use H to jump between headings, K to jump between links, A to move between annotations as well as NVDA+f7 to open the elements link.  See https://www.nvaccess.org/files/nvda/documentation/userGuide.html#toc54 for more details.
