Hello, I have enable port forwarding and I still get an air where I cannot connect. The phone stays on the connecting screen and doesn’t move. Any other ideas? Thanks.

The reason that you are getting the issue is that the IP you gave is an internal IP only. You need to set up port forwarding. Also, what errors are you experiencing?
