I followed your instructions, but couldn't find the arrange by submenu
option. Although, I did hear arrange group box by conversation, add columns
or headings.

you can make the change in the view menu,

so,

1, alt+v=view,

2, now tab until you hear;
arrange by submenu,
press enter,
now shift+tab and press enter on, show in groups which is checked by
default.
now, it's gone for good.

it's part of the view menu.

Well, the latest on my spooky Outlook issue. I opened Outlook inbox and
went to the top of the list, and I heard a message say ,today collapsed, so
I pressed enter on that, and I heard the sound of an email coming in, and I
looked in the inbox, and sure enough, I seen several unread messages. I
sent myself a message and it appeared in the inbox instead of in the unread
folder! I heard this message before, and I'm sure I pressed enter, but it
didn't seem to make a difference, except for now. I'm not sure how long
this will last though, or if that could have been the main problem. I just
noticed I received a message from Outlook servay, and I received that a
couple of days ago, and after I opened it, the entire message completely
disappeared from the unread folder as well as other messages in which I
received it in, but now it appears in my inbox! I did look in the unread
folder, and there were 135 messages from MS.com still. I also noticed some
unread messages there from other list as well. I'm not sure how to get rid
of these stupid MS.com messages though.

You are so right that it is like trying to put a puzzle together. When I
come into Outlook 2013, I have to go to the mailbox at the top from the
server, then back to the Inbox and Press Alt+Tab for the mail to appear.
Sometimes, just when coming back to that box from checking other emails, I
have to press Alt+Tab for mail to appear. This problem is relatively new,
annoying and totally unnecessary, the way I see it. Nevertheless, it does
exist. It is one of those examples of things being harder, not easier, as in
most things like cooking, cars, etc. things are easier than they once were,
not more difficult. Ah well, it is not what if, it is what is.

Yes, I'm using Outlook 2010.
The main problem are the MS.com spam emails that I can't get the option to
send to the block senders list, but any other messages in the unread folder,
I can add to the block senders list if I want to. I can send a message from
the inbox, but I can't receive any messages from the inbox though.
Sometimes, if I restart my computer, and check the inbox, there will be some
messages there though. Although, most of the time I have to go into the
unread folder in order to see any new messages, and I will get some
messages, but then I get several MS com message as well, and as I delete the
MS.com messages, then some of the other messages will delete as well! This
is like trying to put a puzzel together! If I am in the unread folder, I
can move a message to the inbox though, but not the MS.com message.
Some of the messages I get in the unread folder, are also disappearing, and
I looked in the junk and the deleted folder, but the messages that just
disappeared are not in either folder. This is the damnest thing I've ever
heard of. I can't stop these spam messages that are coming from MS.com.
When I last talked to MS accessibility, there is no telling what Mark
changed on my computer. I even received a email message from him, saying
him and I were successful in completing my computer issue, and he would
appreciate if I gave him a good reference, and he even had a case number in
the email, but it suddenly disappeared, and I wonder if he did this
purposely!
I even tried to repair the program, but still no change!
I'm not sure if this whole outlook program is corrupted or
maybe an email virus! . virus.

Hi Janet,

I am just assuming that you are working in Outlook. If this is not correct,
then I apologize for making this assumption.
What email client are you using? If you do have a Junk submenu in the
context menu, then you should be able to press enter to open it and see an
option to "Mark as Junk"
or something similar. Of course for each message that is sent from a
different email address you may have to go through this process again to
include all of the emails that you have received. Sometimes you do get the
option to perform the task for all messages sent from the senders domain
which could take care of more of the messages at once. Don't you also have
a Move submenu in the context menu? Of course the best way of dealing with
spam is to open one of the messages and click on the "unsubscribe" link near
the bottom of the message. Many times now days, it is not required to sign
into an account in order to unsubscribe, and this is pretty much a permanent
fix for the problem. I am not that familiar with other email clients as I
have really only used Windows Live Mail prior to switching back to Outlook
after WLM went by the wayside. I do still read of many people still using
it however. Another suggestion for your problem would be to set up a rule to
tell your email client to move all messages that come into the Unread folder
to the Junk folder. This should be pretty simply done. This option is
typically found in the File menu or the Home tab of the ribbon menus
depending on which email client you are using.

When I press right arrow on the junk menu , I don't get the
option to block, it just does nothing. I even tried to
repair the inbox, but it made no difference. I've never
worked with the unread folder before, and that is where all the spam emails
aare.

Highlight the message that you wish to not receive in your Inbox. Open the
context menu with the applications key and arrow to Junk submenu like you
have done. Press the right arrow key and press enter on "Block Sender".
Lastly press enter on the OK button that pops up. When this is done, you
will be back inside of your Inbox or wherever you started and the message in
question will have been moved.

to the inbox, just so I could add it to the junk folder, but I can't even
move them. Can someone tell me how to add the spam emails to the junk
folder, so I just might stop receiving them?
