Yes, you can choose settings.  You can choose between Windows Classic XP, & Vista depending on which fascit of the program you're wanting to work with.  You can learn about the program from the below:

 

 

You make the setting changes / choices from Start menu / All programs / Classic Shell.

Is Classic Shell fully accessible?  I thought that it was impossible
to change settings in it.
