Re: windows10 upgrade file question

        Hi,

I had the same trouble.  I got the error but no listing of the program or programs that I needed to install.  I don’t know what posessed me to try the following but it worked for me.
When the error comes up, click cancel the upgrade.  You are then asked if you are sure you want to cancel.
Click no.
The error message reappears with a retry button.
When I clicked that retry button, I was given the name of the program I needed to uninstall.  In my case it was the cyprus touchpad.
I went through the whole upgrade procedure four times trying different things each time and was about to give up the project when I found this convoluted work-around.

I hope it works for you.

George

Just save it and back it up somewhere.
