That didn’t work for me. Christine, my address book is in documents. I want to get that to come into outlook 2010. Is there a way to do it? Jim

In Outlook Open the email message. Then on the line where it says from select the text on that line and highlight it meaning select it. Then on your mouse press the second button. Then a pop up menu will come up. Then on that pop up menu select add to contacts. Hope this helps.

My profile in outlook 2010 was corrupt, so I had to delete it, and add a new profile. Now, how do I get all my contacts in to outlook 2010? I want to do two things here. First, how do I bring all my contacts to outlook 2010, and second, how do I add a contact from an open message? Thanks for your help here. I am running w8.1 with jaws 17. Jim
