Try the following:
1. Press Windows key + E, to open, This PC, & arrow down to the Documents folder.
2. Open the context menu with, Shift + F10, or with the application key.
3. Arrow down to the, Send To submenu, & press enter.
4. Arrow down to, Desktop Create Shortcut, press enter, & wham, you'll have a Documents shorcut on your desktop.
