helping somebody with Dropbox

A friend has a Dropbox account, and has downloaded the app.  Apparently, though, there were other problems, because Microsoft Support, or somebody, did various things on the system.  Now, the Dropbox icon just leads to information about Dropbox and how to use it, not to her account. 

 

My inclination is to have her uninstall Dropbox, sign in on the web, and reinstall the app.  I can’t see any way, from within the app, to connect to her account. 

 

Does anybody have other ideas?
