As I understand it, zoom is a conferencing application. It allows multiple individuals to conduct online audio and video conferencing. It is not like Skype or Google voice. One cannot get a phone number through Zoom. However, you can invite others to use the application and you can communicate with those people that way.
Just trying to clarify things. It’s a very accessible app on the iPhone. I don’t know about other platforms.
