Re: Latest JAWS and research it

Hi. The Research It feature contains several lookup sources, the Weather source being one of them. It sounds like the source is pointing to the dictionary, which is called Wiktionary. After you type in the area code, press the tab key and you will be in a list of lookup sources. You can press up arrow or down arrow to navigate through the various sources or you can simply press the letter W until you hear Weather. Once you're pointing to Weather, press enter and you should be good to go.

When trying to get a weather report using the latest version of JAWS and research it, I start research it with insert space r then type a zipcode such as 15801 and I  get a message saying “No definition for 15801 found”

What do I have to do to add a definition?

Research it does work fine with JAWS version 18 but not with JAWS version 19.  Any ideas?

Thanks in advance
