Stream starts and then automatically turns off

Got a response from the Humanware tech support team in Canada.
 
Said it sounds like a hardware issue.  I'm to call them tomorrow and most likely will have to send the player to them for "repairs" or replacement.
 
Wonder how much this all is going to cost me.
 
I'm sure I'm showing my age, but things sure aren't made  to last anymore.
 
Thanks to all  who made suggestions on how to fix my issue.
