I hope they all don't just pass the buck like they seem to like to do. Cablevision said they never blocked messages at all when I wasn't getting messages from a list suddenly, when I had been, before. They all like to blame it on the other guy. Pam.

Hi all,

Your sys-admin must not know what he's doing. He's supposed
to contact Roadrunner and tell them that his domain is not
spam.

Also, your friends need to add your address to their safe
sender's lists. This is easily done in outlook from your
spam folder, just go to the message you want to affect, hit
the context menu key and press enter on the choice that says
always accept mail from this person, blah, blah, blah.

It's actually not your friends' problem, or yours or your
provider's.
It's RoadRunner's and they need to sit up and fly straight.
