Here you go:
From the Start menu, select
"Settings", "Update and Security", "Recovery", and then the "Get Started" button.
From: Greg Wocher
The recovery options are in the update and security section of the settings. If you do a windows key plus I, just arrow till you hear update and security.
Press enter here then you will be able to arrow up or down till you hear recovery. Press enter on recovery and this is where you reset your PC. You will
be able to do a clean install of windows or just reset it back to factory settings from here.
Take care. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool. Go dodgers!
I believe that everything happens for a reason. Usually, the reason is that somebody screwed up.

Subject: [TechTalk] Win10 Back to Factory
My husband is trying to take off personal files, software, etc off a
win10 laptop that he needs to return before the return period is over.
Is there a way to return the computer to factory specs and, if so, how?
Thanks in advance for your help!
