Hi All,

A friend of mine is having trouble with ordering from Amazon. He has
ordered several items in the last few weeks with success. But, on
three occasions, he has been able to add an item to the cart, however,
could not proceed to check out. He called Amazon Accessibility and
they could not figure out why this is happening.
He is using Google Chrome with JAWS 2020. We are looking for a
solution. If someone has any suggestions, they would be greatly
appreciated.
