I like Anyburn. One of the options in this application is to rip to FLAC, WAV, APE, WMA, and a couple others. JAWS reads it pretty well also.

Since my favorite CDex is full of bloatware it is no longer possible to decline installing--or at least I can't figure out how to decline it--what's a good alternative? Is Exact Audio Copy still worth having?
Is it full of bloatware, too?
