If you want a comprehensive tutorial on using the victor stream, I suggest purchasing the tutorial from mystic access. It’s brilliant, as are all of their products.

Chromebooks have their own screen reader. It’s called chromevox. To launch it, hold the control and the alt key, then press the letter z. You can run chromevox from the initial set-up screen. The set up of the chromebook with chromevox is accessible.
