Re: What is a good flip phone to buy?

If the phone is that much, then the question is,
how are you going to use the phone and does it make sense to buy that one and
save about a hundred dollars over something like the Shell phone, or does it
make sense to get a phone like mine and save from about 100 to 150 dollars
more? That's a lot of money for a feature phone and if all you want to do
is call, text and use the MP3 player, for example, I think it is better to put
up with the accessibility limitations on the phone I have for those limited
uses.
And, for an alarm that doesn't have the bugs I
spoke of yesterday, that's a lot to spend. It might make a lot more sense to buy the small, evidently very
convenient to carry clock Gerald has spoken of. I don't know how loud the
alarm is on that clock but its only something like seven dollars.
Unless the need is urgent, it might make sense to
wait for my presentation, so you will have a good sense of my phone before
making a decision.

I am not Bob but did check and on Verizon, the retail is $264 or $11 for 24 months. So it is indeed expensive for a feature phone, but I want to do some more checking on usability. -----Original Message----- From: Monte Single Sent: Saturday, February 22, 2020 10:24 AM To: main@TechTalk.groups.io Subject: Re: [TechTalk] What is a good flip phone to buy? I'm going to have to replace my flip phone at the end of the year because of 3 g going away. Could someone recommend a inexpensive phone that I can buy? Would appreciate the help. All the information that you can give to me about the phone would be appreciated.
