Thanks Heather. I don't use the cable box but my mom does, she's sighted however, and whenever they have to come check my road runner connections they don't charge me even though I doubt they know I'm blind.

What's different about when you call this number as opposed to calling the regular spectrum number? I'm in Texas but I still have spectrum.
