These days, now that the old crt monitors are dust, computer monitors are landscape.
The same goes for all the flat screen tvs.
They are called landscape because they are wider than theyare tall.

Hey Mike just fooling around and looked at my display settings. It shows I'm on "Landscape" shouldn't I be on "Portrait?"

Hi Nancy,

Here's an easy way:
1. While on your desktop make sure nothing is selected and open the context menu with the applications key or Shift + F10.
2. Up arrow a couple of times to, Display settings, and press enter.
3. Now just tab to find your settings.

Take care. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool.

I cannot find these settings anywhere in the control pannel; My display is supposed to stay on Landscape, but I'm thinking it may have gone sideways again--done it before! Somebody please give me a clue to where to find the display settings.

Thanks,

Nance
