Re: 2 questions: Olympus dm620; Blind ShellPhone

You are very welcome Audrey. Mine has four folders at the root: Ol_Manual,
Music, Podcasts, and recorder. Inside of Recorder, it has folders A through
E. Within OL_Manual, it has PDF files of the manual in various languages.
My Music folder only has an Audible folder within it, presuming that you can
somehow copy Audible books to the recorder and play them. I have converted
the English manual to a docx Word File. I can send it to you if you would
like to have it?

Hi Audrey. I have had pretty good luck recording music with my
DM-620, both with the unit's microphones and through the microphone
jack which also serves as a line-in. The DM-620 has 3 microphones
though, and if you leave the center mic turned on, I seem to get more
rumble in my recordings and they just sound kind of funky and out of
phase. You can turn it off under "Microphone select."

Hello Everyone,

Hope you are all well and coming to the end of the lockdowns.

I am Audrey Joy in NYC.

I have 2 questions:
1. A friend just gifted me a brand-new Olympus DM620. Does anyone have
a manual in braille, or other accessible format? Can I use it for
music, although it says "voice recorder" on the box?

2. Does the BlShell phone have any braille functionality, as the IPhones

Looking forward to your replies.

Have a wonderful day and stay well.
