Maybe try having the TXT files go into a different directory? Name it just 1 or whatever, otherwise unfortunately no ideas come to mind.

I'm having an issue with that program. I select the files to convert, (using the file path, making sure the checkbox for all sub folders is checked, and placing the *.html and *.txt in the paths and then click convert.
when the program is done, all the text files are blank.
