Gene,

You're absolutely right. A device like the Language Master 6000 can't compare with any of today's online dictionaries and I'm sure that there are equivalents to nearly all of its games, either on Windows or on iOS. However, the device has a lot of sentimental value to me and I'm willing to pay to have it back in good working order. This also may not be possible but I'd at least like to try.

I'm curious why you want it.  Do you want it for playing games?  As a dictionary, it can't begin to compare even with something like Word Web.

Subject: [TechTalk] Query About Repairing a Franklin Language Master 6000 SE

Hi. I have a very old Franklin Language Master which has a cracked
screen and crackling speakers that I'd like to get repaired, assuming
that a repair of this product is even possible in 2020. Franklin's Web
site reports that it is under construction and then redirects to Amazon.
Does anyone have current contact info for Franklin Electronic
Publishers, assuming that this division is even still operational?
