Good morning,

I have downloaded a record of activity from my bank in the form of a .csv file (comma separated values).  Opening this file with Excel causes it to hang.  It seems that, in the past, Excel opened these files; but not now.

Seems that, in this file, records are separated by carriage returns; and each field within a record are surrounded by quotes and separated by commas.

How should I modify this .CSV file to get Excel to open it?
