Normally, BITS presentations
are only available for members of BITS. However, since this presentation
was open to the public my assumption is that the organization will also
release it for public distribution although I'm not 100% certain about
this as I am no longer a member of the BITS Presentations and Workshops
Committee. I would advise periodically checking their Web site from the
above link. Members will also receive announcements of when
presentations become available for download via the BITS mailing list.
The above link also provides details on the cost and benefits of being a
BITS member.
