What I've done with Image for windows for years is have an old spare hard drive with a bootable operating system and image for windows installed on it. I thin boot from that spare drive and use a USB to SATA adapter to connect to original drive in the unit you want to restore to. I've done this dozens of times over the years with no problem Alan
