Austin,

What I've done with Image for windows for years is have an old spare hard drive with a bootable operating system and image for windows installed on it. I thin boot from that spare drive and use a USB to SATA adapter to connect to original drive in the unit you want to restore to. I've done this dozens of times over the years with no problem

even after adding audio drivers and getting narrator to run at boot there is no audio.

No, not a disk. An audio tutorial of how to make a disk is what I
will make. You have to make it yourself because it's a very localized thing.
