Zoiper is actually pretty good on android and IOS.

I just wish there was a better client for windows than microsip. My biggest issue with it is that i can't have multiple accounts registered at the same time.

Someone mentioned zoiper in this thread, It is worth noting, zoiper can
not transfer calls with the free version, that is a feature you have to
pay for.
