So the folks at Adblock Plus do disclose what I had mentioned earlier.  It's not "front and center" but I wouldn't expect it would be, either.  But it is not, and never has been, about "reciprocity," and there's a long documentation regarding the genesis of the Acceptable Ads initiative out there from when it came into existence.  It was, to put it mildly, highly controversial at the time, particularly since Ad Block Plus changed its defaults to opt-out when this came into existence.
